Little Warriors
Little Warriors (5-9 yo) is a Phase 1 class for young children. The program emphasizes on the fundamentals of Mixed Martial Arts as the platform for character development. The purpose of this course is to build a strong foundation during their early years of life.

Instructors will turn exercise and techniques into fun activities that will keep the children engaged throughout the entire class. The games and drills are centered on the following attributes:

Physical
*Technique: Students will learn proper use of offensive and defensive methods for situations relating to self-defense and competition.
*Strength: Students will naturally gain strength over time as the training environment progresses with their skill.
*Weight Management: This is vital to the performance of a student. As students progress through our program their body will be encouraged to adapt to the level of an athlete. A fit, healthy body is the by-product of Martial Arts.

Jr. Champions
Jr. Champions (10-14 yo) is a Phase 2 class for adolescents. The program emphasizes on the core aspects of Mixed Martial Arts and the particularities which apply to each specific sport within. The program is a two-part class. Part one: striking (Muay Thai & Boxing). Part two: grappling (Judo, BJJ, Submission Wrestling). Part one and Part two are designed to be experienced back to back, but offered separately with consideration of each students unique goals, abilities, and after school schedule.

Students can expect a challenging training environment in a positive atmosphere. This setting will naturally promote a sense of certainty that they will be successful both on the mat and in life.
